PipPulse ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Your email address and a password (stored only in hashed form).
• If you connect it, your Telegram chat ID, so we can send you signals.
• Your notification choices and subscription and payment records (amount, date, reference).
• Delivery records of the signals we sent you.

We do not store your card details. Card and bank payments are handled by Paystack; crypto payments by NOWPayments.

How we use it

To run your account, take payment, deliver signals by email and Telegram, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not send advertising on behalf of others.

Who processes it for us

Supabase (database and login), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email), Telegram (messages), Paystack and NOWPayments (payments). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Cookies and storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open and for as long as the law requires us to keep payment records. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it.
