Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PipPulse, operated by PipPulse ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a subscription you agree to them.

1. The service

We provide forex market signals and trade ideas for educational and informational purposes, delivered through our website, email and Telegram. We do not manage funds, execute trades, or act as your broker or adviser.

2. No financial advice

Signals are general information, not personal advice. We do not know your finances or goals. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. See our risk disclosure.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and must give us a working email address.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Access is sold in 30-day periods. Payments are made through Paystack (naira) or in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network. Subscriptions do not renew automatically; you extend them by paying again, and the new period is added to any time you have left. Prices may change, and a change applies to your next payment, not to time you have already paid for. Crypto payments must be made on the stated network; funds sent on the wrong network may be lost.

5. Refunds

Refunds are described in our refund policy.

6. Acceptable use

Signals are for your own use. You must not resell, publish or redistribute them, share your login, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

7. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any result, profit or the accuracy, timing or availability of any signal. Delivery can be delayed or fail because of email, Telegram, network or provider problems outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or other indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the service; continued use means you accept the changes. You can stop using the service at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
