Refund Policy

Subscriptions give immediate access to digital content (signals), so payments are generally non-refundable once access starts. We make these exceptions:

• Duplicate or mistaken charges: we refund the extra payment in full.
• Service not delivered: if you paid and your access was not activated, or we sent no signals to you in your first 7 days, ask within 7 days of payment and we will refund you.

Crypto payments

Blockchain payments cannot be reversed. Approved refunds are sent in USDT on the TRON network to a wallet address you give us, minus network fees. Payments sent on the wrong network or in the wrong amount cannot always be recovered.

Naira payments

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Paystack and can take several business days.
